Capacity not updating properly after Resource Calendar change

I have changed the Calendar for few of the resources because of the country change. I see inconsistencies in the capacity updates in the Resource Planning Portlet. For few resources:

1.  Current year capacity and Future Year capacity got updated.

2. Only Future Year capacity got updated.


Could you please let me know what is the expected behavior? My assumption was that the capacity will change from current month onwards.


Any reason what could be the reason for the discrepancy.
