    Hi team,

    I configured the support automation according to the documentation below:

    when I click the button nothing happens.
    does anyone know how to solve?

    Attempting to add a process the only ones types of processes that appear are the picture below

    does anyone know how to show other types of process as SA MAIN SERVER?

    Hello!

     

    Are you using Google Chorme? If positive, doesn't works. Try another browser. Chrome don't support Java.

     

    Besides, verify in options Manager (Support Automation) if supportautomation_url points to correctly URL. Example: http://servername:8070/SupportAutomation.

     

    I also suggest revise the server.properties file values. We had problem with this configuration in AA environment.
