I am experiencing a situation where the portfolio is not showing the actuals from it's investments on the waterlines or the investments tab, but if you drill into the investments you can find them there. Currently the portfolio is showing 0 on investments on both the investments tab and the waterlines tab when these numbers should be rolling up after the sync.

Has anyone experienced this before? I've run the Time Slice, Investment Allocations, Update Aggregates, and Sync jobs multiple times and still cannot get these numbers to appear correctly. Actuals is present in the Attribute Registry for the portfolio. You can view the actuals on the investments themselves and the idea/project portlets. I'm sure I'm missing something but cannot figure out what it is.

Hi Tony,

When you click on Portfolios, there is a Content tab, where you add your Investments and once added, you can then Synchronize them after clicking on the Sync Now button at the bottom of the Contents page. The Actuals should then be visible within the Portfolio - Investments page. Have you tried this?

Yes, I did this. If I had not included the investment in content then I would not be able to reference them in the investments or waterline page.

Have you tried adding "Actual Cost (Total)"

Yes, I have pulled in all fields with a relation to the word Actual.

Likely the population of the curve is failing, do a sync and check in the logs for the error

If possible, try to share some images of the steps followed by you to synchronize the Investments under Portfolios and we can advise if you are missing out on anything.

Here are two screenshots. This first screenshot is on the project list view. You can see 65 Actuals on the right side.

This is the investment page of the portfolio, you can see actuals at 0(about in the middle)

I've run all related jobs and this has been this way for a couple of days.

• The timesheet and related hours exist in the portfolio dates.
• The hours are posted
• I've tried creating a new portfolio with the same results
• I've removed the investment, sync'd, re-added, and sync'd again with the same results
• I've re-run all of the jobs referenced in the original posts with the same results.
• I've restarted background services and re-done all of the above steps with no change.

Please try this out

Actuals for Labor Resources
Actuals Sum for Labor Resources

Objects > Portfolio Investment > Attribute Registry > move the above attributes from Available
column to Selected column > Save and Return

Once the above activity is done, run the sync job again.

Hi Tony,

Jerin is right. And, so is Andrew. You should add the Actual Capital Cost, the Actual Operating Cost and the Total Actual Cost to your list page to view it.
