    Hi All,

     

    Can we configure TDOD in such way that testers can download the attachment from the TDOD portal. Because SMTP configuration is not possible in my project for some reason.

    Hi Raju,

     

    This feature is not available through the TDoD portal interface (Silverlight-based). Since you are not able to set up SMTP protocol, is there a possibility of setting up MS Exchange for email? TDoD and Remote Publish support that protocol as well.

     

    In any case, the feature is available through the Tester Self-Service interface in the TDM Web portal.

    In TDM Portal, the data related to the request is available for download (as a zip file). The zip file is the same as what a user gets through email.
