    Hi All,

     

    Can we configure TDOD  in a such way that testers can download the requested data from portal instead of mail. I have limitation of setting up SMTP in TDM server.

    Hi Raju,

     

    This feature is not available through the TDoD portal interface (Silverlight-based). Since you are not able to set up SMTP protocol, is there a possibility of setting up MS Exchange for email? TDoD and Remote Publish support that protocol as well.

     

    In any case, the feature is available through the Tester Self-Service interface in the TDM Web portal.

    In TDM Portal, the data related to the request is available for download (as a zip file). The zip file is the same as what a user gets through email.
