    Hi All,

I'm not able to access the enterprise dashboard console and when I opened the enterprise dashboard logs, below is the error which I'm getting:

    2016-09-23 13:34:58,238Z (08:34) [main] ERROR grails.boot.GrailsApp          - Application startup failed
    java.lang.RuntimeException: Not licensed.

    2016-09-23 13:34:58,254Z (08:34) [main] ERROR dradis.Application             - Exception: Not licensed.
    java.lang.RuntimeException: Not licensed.

Is it related to license issue?

    Thanks,

    Abhishek

What version of DevTest is in your devtestlic.xml file where your Enterprise Dashboard is running?

What version of DevTest are you running?  DevTest 8 should also work with DevTest 9x.

What is the <validuntil> date in your devtestlic.xml file?

If it is expired, you will need to request a new license.

    Hi MarcyNunns,

I think my license is expired because its showing valid until date as "08/31/16", but my question is does it effect any other part of the tool like for example Co-ordinator, Simulator , Registry or VSE in which Virtual Services are deployed until I request a new file in the meantime?

    Thanks,

    Abhishek

    Yes, your license has expired.

Open up a new support case on https://support.ca.com and I will make sure it gets to the group that renews the licenses.

    Hi MarcyNunns,

Will their be any abnormal functionality behavior from Registry, Coordinator, Simulator or VSE till my license is renewed?

    Thanks,

    Abhishek
