    Hi All,

     

    CA Identitiy portal 1.6.2.15 installation is getting prompt failed to connect JBOSS CLI.

    When i run a command getting all the server information

    jboss-cli.bat --connect --commands=version,quit.

    Here, IDM version is 12.6.8

    Any help Please.

    Please open a CA support ticket and attach sigma (identity portal log) - thanks

    Kumar,

    If you are using JBoss 6.4 than the port used by the installer is not the default port of the JBoss CLI.

    Otherwise you need to make sure that the CLI port you are connecting to and configured the installer to use is indeed the CLI port configured on the JBoss.

    Thank you so much Nino.

    I had changed the default port in stand...xml file 9990 to 9900 but no luck.

    is i am pointing wrong. Please help me.

    Telnet to the port you have setup, can you get a response?

    Did you change the installer settings accordingly ?

    If not, please open a support case and ask for it to be assigned to me.

    Yes, telnetting.

    Did you change the installer settings accordingly ?

    during the installation i was changed 9900 but still getting failed to connect CLI. 

    anybody has tried by installing IDP 1.6.2.15 on Jboss 6.4..? Please suggest how you have resolved it.
