Mismatch of Actual Cost on Cost Plan and Team tab actuals due to duplicate resources on team tab

    Hi All,

    Team member are duplicated on team tab somehow possibly due to old version of MSP.

    PPA_WIP table has 4 times the actuals on timesheet of a resource if the respective resource is duplicated 4 times on project team tab. This is causing the mismatch of Actual Cost on Cost Plan and actuals on team tab.

     

    Please help me to solve this issue.

    Hi Sravani/Jenn

     

    We do have known issues with duplicates on Team. It's hard to say though what could be the exact root cause for this without looking in the data. I'd suggest you to open a Support case and provide a copy of your data if this is possible. This is to figure out the duplication and remove the extra team records if applicable. Concerning the WIP, they will probably also have to get corrected manually, but first we will have to address the team issue so it doesn't happen again.
