Redirection of Action Item to On demand portal

  • 1.  Redirection of Action Item to On demand portal

    Hi,

     

    some users are being redirected to on-demand portal rather than CA PPM application page. While for others the action item is correctly redirecting to CA PPM application. Has anybody else faced the similar issue?

     

    Any other clue?

    It was browser issue if IE is the default browser.
