It possible to increase font size on CA Service Desk. I tried to find that on Web Screen Painter. it not found.
Please help sharing your idea for this.

But not any change after public file.

after publish can you send "pdm_webcache -b" and "pdm_webcache -H" commands?, these commands send a information about clear cache of web browser (IE, Chrome, ..) for all user. Users must be clear cache of web browser. CSS file firstly called in cache on web browsers. Also JS files called.
