    Good Morning Team,

I have a requirement in Service Desk. I want to know if there is any way to log a comment in the activity log who viewed the request or incident for a particular category.

    Example:

we have a category "Network.firewall" and this category can be viewed by only network team. if a ticket is created for that category and the ticket is viewed by servicedesk administrator. we need to log a entry in the activity log that service desk administrator has viewed the ticket.

    Regards,

    Venu

    Hi,

here is an example : Custom WebEngine OP : Who is currently watching object

The only thing you need to modify is table that will store data, also I suggest to create kind of filter that will prevent creation of new entry if User have opened ticked in 15 minutes interval more than once.

    Regards,
