I have just completed a new installation, I wonder if there is a guide that explains the frist teps to load data in the system in order to start to run the system.

For example, by starting with projects, users, finance etc... and the way to accomplish each task.

Is this a sandbox/demo instance? if so you might want to install the demo data set to get going

Yes, unfortunately there is not official documentation about your request Best_practise_after_installation has a good approach about the steps.
