CA Service Management

Hi Team,

On creating report in CABI Jaspersoft, When creating new domain using sdm_ds data source , Selecting CASD schema, there is no date column appearing under casd_cr table.

               Please Help how to get date column in casd_cr table.

Hi Malay,

Currently, for service management, we do not support the creation of domains.  To write custom reports for service management for Jasper, you will need to download and install Jasper Studio from Tibco's website, and then you may license it using the Jasper license file provided on the Jasper install media provided by CA.
