  • 1.  Want to remove wrong Attachment with incident

    HI, During creation of incident there have option to attach files related with incident . After attachment and save, if find that I've attached a file which is not related with incident , How to remove that ? Is there any option ?

    Hi Utpal,

    You should be able to right click on an attachment within an incident and delete/remove it.
