I just checked this link from an external location and I was still able to get to it. I think this might be a cache problem. Since you previously got the Page Not Found it may be cached in your browser. Clearing your cache may allow you to access the page.
Hi lutch01, Unfortunately I still cant access this page, Even checked with my team mate he is also unable to open the page.
I suggest you release a PDF or word document version and attached it here.
