  • 1.  ITPAM agent with id is not reachable

    Hi All,

     

    When we tried to browse ITPAM url, we are getting an error message as "This site can't be reached. <server> refused to connect. Log states that ITPAM agent with id <id no> is not reachable.

     

    Please provide your suggestions to resolve.

    I would check the agent and make sure it is up and running.  Also check the logs on the agent to see if it is reporting any issues.
