Users of Service Desk Manager 14.1 that have applied Cumulative patch 3.
What is the impact of this problem?
The two following behaviors have been found in relation to this problem:
1. Users may not be able to open surveys
2. Tickets may not get created via Email or pdm_text_cmd
How can this be resolved?
The following fix is available and should be installed on all servers in a Service Desk Manager environment
