I need to create a notification to some contacts when the field "Major Incident" is checked.
I noticed that when the field "Major Incident" is checked, a activity "Field Update" is logged in the ticket. Then, I do the following:
- Created a site-defined macro condition: If the major incident checkbox is checked return true.
- Created the email template.
- Created a notification rule and assigned the email template and the site-defined condition macro
I'm in this fase. If i add this rule to "Field Update" always that any field is updated, if the "Major Incident" was checked, the notification will be send. I need to send notification only in momento that "Major Incident" is checked.
Can anyone help me?
