You cannot delete a comment directly on the Service Desk GUI. One option would be to make it internal. This way it can only be seen by Analyst roles but not viewable by Employee roles

All the activity logs are stored in the table act_log for the requests/incidents/problems or chgalg for change orders.
You can identify the logs based on call_req_id or persid for change orders and delete the log you want in the MDB database.
Have in mind that this is not recommended option, but it will do the job if you really need it.
