  • 1.  POST CP2 SDM Webservice issue

    Hi,

     

    We have applied the CP2 on R14.1 AA and after since after that we have issue with webservice method on the extension tables.

     

    getAssetExtenstionInformation webservice unable to extract the values from extension table. When I try to get the value of a extenstion table CI, it just shows null..

     

    assetHandle: nr:0DB7D006D393D8498FBBEB3551D0F150
    attributes: { “z_802_VLANGrp” }

     

    we get the following back

    Internal err with get_asset_ext_info: NOT FOUND , is the only error i can see in LOG files

    Similar issues have been addressed with a provided test fix.

     

    Please open a CA Support ticket and request the test fix for USRD#3461

    Yes, we have got the patch and issue got fixed.

    I guess, this should be a mandatory patch which CA should update in post cp2 installation steps.
