meanwhile on my PAM process, i need to update a Change Order Status, but, i'm facing an error when trying to do that:

Using "Set Change Order Status" operator, the output is:

(...)
<ErrorMessage>AHD03303:Error retrieving Function Access due to an invalid handle or factory</ErrorMessage>
<ErrorCode>1013</ErrorCode>
(...)

Checked the CHG Status Transitions on SDM, the operation is valid, and the user id that is set to update the status is the same user id that created the CHG.

any idea?

Is this one of the Out-of-the-box (OOTB) statuses or a status you created?

Ivo -- can you come back and give us a bit more information?

If you are using SDM Conector you need chg_ref_num parameter to change status.
