  • 1.  EMAIL - CASDM 14.1

    Good morning,

     

    Currently a client installed SDM 14.1, functionality has enabled open enrollment email. He wants the email subject is stored in the Summary field (title) of the ticket, but not if it is feasible. Or as one might do.
