  • 1.  Slow response of oneclick client on MacOS Sierra

    Hello Guys,

    We are seeing a slow response when we right click on any item (device, container etc) on Oneclick on MacOS Sierra. It would take at least 5-6 seconds to display after the click.

    We have tried uninstalling the older version of java and installed the latest version (build 1.8.0_101-b13), but there is no luck.

    Before upgrading to Sierra, everything was perfect.

    Any one else on this version having the same the issue.

    Regards

    Prasanna

    Hi Jay,

    Thank you for your swift response!!

    We are having a different issue than the stated one under the KB article. We don't have UIM integration and also the issue is with both Spectrum versions 9.4 and 10.1.

    The issue is only on the MAC OS Sierra and the client on Windows OS works perfect.

    Regards

    Prasanna

    This issue is resolved by adding the below lines to the local host file (etc\hosts) of Mac OS Sierra.

    127.0.0.1   localhost   macPro.local
    ::1              localhost    macPro.local

    Where macPro is the hostname of the system.
