Is there anyway we can see the response time on Lisa virtual services?

Yes if you are using v9.1 and above, you should be able to look at that exact Reporting data for VS Response time in the DevTest Portal ---> Reporting under Virtual Services.

Probably data in a (log) file I can take and plug into a spreadsheet or use post test for analysis.
Visualization is limited by screen real estate.
The ability to export to excel or pdf should be available on that screen...
