    Hey Srinivas, I don't know much about connectors, but have you seen this article about Network Troubleshooting for connectors? https://rallydev.force.com/answers?id=kA0a0000000YcuE If that doesn't help and/or you don't get a better response here, I'd recommend just submitting a case for Rally Support.

    Hi john my rally connection looks fie i have issue with connecting the bugzilla. The answer which you pointed out talks about rally connection but do you have any answer which talks about bugzilla connection as well would be great.
