Hey @Zachary King our Operations Director is looking into this more today, hopefully will provide some information on why we're seeing these more frequently as of late. Will let you know when I know!
We too would like to know what's going on. It's been incredibly disruptive as we have organization-wide release planning this week... and we've been arm wrestling with Rally when we needed to be planning. I came here hoping to find answers, but all I see are a lot of "it's back up, sorry for the outages".
@Randy O'Neal, appreciate your frustration. This is where we post the Root Cause Analyses following incidents, although they do take time as we have to complete the PER. We hope to have more information to share soon.
Thanks, John, really do appreciate it. Sorry to voice frustration. I've been lead in support roles, and it's a necessary but often thankless job. Thanks for all you do... I know you're working on it.
