    @Zachary King it sounds like this wasn't a full outage as we couldn't find any sustained throughput impact, and no degradation in response time.  But here's what information I found: "the cause was switch bandwidth saturation associated with restoring our database qd-db-02" Did this impact your users?  If so I can see what else I can drudge up! :)

    We did not receive anything we just keep these internally posted and we update with the Root cause when they are given. I believe what you gave should be sufficient
