Unable to access custom HTML output using Google scripting

Question asked by stevendel on Aug 25, 2016
I have custom html that I wrote in the Rally UI, and now I'm trying to access the data using a Google script so I can dump the data on a weekly basis.  The custom html fully works in the Rally UI, but I cannot get the same output in Google scripts; instead, I just get the login page as HTML output.  I am providing a username/password as part of my call to UrlFetchApp().

I've used the same approach with Google scripting before (with the webservices API), and I don't see any issues there, so I assuming the approach is correct.

The URL I am using in Google scripts looks like the following:
https://rally1.rallydev.com/slm/panel/html.sp?width=1880&panelOid=61687217134&cpoid=24793963200&project=%2Fproject%2F24793963200&projectScopeUp=false&projectScopeDown=true&isEditable=true&hash=%2F24793963200d%2Fcustom%2F61687216584
