I would like to track the efforts entered by each of my team members on their tasks daily. Please assist me how to do so.

This is what i am doing manually now. 
1. I export all the tasks by going to Track -> tasks to excel.  It has the hours of estimated, To-do of each task.
2. I do this everyday and match the To-do hours with the previous day's and see the difference. The challange is, if a team member updates a task after i pull this report, there shows a deviation.
3. Please assist, if there is a easy solution or any customizable app that could be created for it?

My recommendation would be the same.  Using Rally Time Tracker (http://www.rallydev.com/product-feature/time-tracking-cost-reporting-0), you could use a timesheet report and break down the data per iteration or per day if you want, as long as it's filtered by date.

Thanks for your response. but unfortunately, it turned out nothing for me when using TYPE-> TIMESHEET. I'm not sure how or where it pulls the data. Should the team needs to enter timesheet or something to get this report. I'm asking this becuase, all my team do is they just update their tasks daily with the To-do hours and the Actual efforts they spent on that task.  My requirement is, i need to extract a report shows, who spents how many hours on each tasks every day in an iteration. So, that i wil match with the burn down.
But, when i use the TIMESHEET, Broken down by as given in the picture and it turned out nothing. please refer to the attached screenshots and advice
 

Hi Gobinath, your users would need to be using Rally Time Tracker for data to show up in this report.  Here's an excerpt from the below Rally Help page which should prove useful:

"Note: Existing customers currently using the task Actuals field to track development time and cost will find Rally Time Tracker a better solution for reporting time spent on calendar boundaries (days, weeks, months). To avoid developer confusion, hide the task Actuals field from view when you adopt Rally Time Tracker."

Hi John.. from what you are saying, apart from updating the to-do and actual hours in the rally, a developer should also enter the time sheet on each tasks.. is that rite?.. its a double work rite.. I tried pulling my tasks in the time sheet and entering the hours (hoping this would update the acutuals of the task and the To-do will recalculate automatically). But it didnot work that way. do you have any other suggestion apart from entering timesheets inorder to track the actuals of every team member day by day?
