What can we get from Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) dashboard when it says that most of the parameters can't be modified?

I was working with a Product Manager today and, of course, one of his main activities is prioritizing features.
So that II'll have more to say about that next time we meet, I learned about the Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) scheduling method, and its deployment challenges in software development. From links such as Dean Leffingwell's blog here (http://scalingsoftwareagilityblog.com/prioritizing-features/), and Jason Yip's discussion here (http://jchyip.blogspot.co.il/2012/12/problems-i-have-with-saf-style-wsjf.html).

Does Rally have any support for WSJF? Sure it does! Right here: https://help.rallydev.com/weighted-shortest-job-first-wsjf-dashboard-setup

But it says, in part: "Some of the WSJF fields cannot be modified at the current time and may not be fully functional. These fields include Value Score, User/Business Value, Time Criticality and RR/OE Value."

"Some" of the WSJF fields? Sounds like most of them!

Is there better/working support for WSJF somewhere else in Rally? Or what are the plans?
