Portfolio Management

I am working with two different Business Units (BU1 and BU2) that need to work together on a common project.  They currently have their own Rally workspace to capture their Themes/Initiatives/Features.  The question was asked how best to setup the portfolio management based on these 2 scenarios:

- There are some features that are needed for BU1; however, all of the work will need to be done by BU2;
- There are some features and stories that are needed for BU1 and some of the work will be done by BU1 and some by BU2;

  - Project Teams
- BU2 (T/I/F created at this level)
