Rally Software

When attempting to login to Rally via the https://rally1.rallydev.com/ my first attempt is rejected.  I have "remeber me" functionality turned on.  On failure I am routed to the incorrect login screen.  This apperas to happen almost instanly and does not apper to be completing the validation step. I re-enter same data using pre-filled options and it completes the login process.  I have cleared my cache and cooikes and continue to have the same issue.

Hey Doug, you wouldn't happen to be using a bookmark to go to Rally, would you?  The reason I ask is because I've had this happen a few times, but it's only when

• I'm already logged into Rally
• I go back to Rally by going to https://rally1.rallydev.com/slm/login.op

Then when I try to log in, it logs me out.  Then I enter my credentials again, and it logs me back in.

You might try just going to the URL you entered above (https://rally1.rallydev.com) if you're not already, and giving it another shot.

I gave it a try (entered https://rally1.rallydev.com and it shows that I am loged out. I am redirected to the https://rally1.rallydev.com/slm/login.op page.  I then get the same result (The username or password you entered is incorrect.) message is displayed.  It's instant so I don't think I getting past the validation step or it's sending null values and being rejected as a result.
