Is anyone using Rally for external "Customer Support" management?

This is sort of a follow on question to the one posted in Is anyone using Rally for internal "Help Desk" management

From that post's answers I gather that it's doable but am curious to hear if others have tried it for management of support issues/tickets from external customers.  In other words, rather than integrating with tools like Servicenow, Zendesk, or Remedy, using Rally to manage external customer support.
