  • 1.  Webservice API stopped working

    We use the webservice API for some internal tools. A couple of weeks ago they stopped working with the error returned in the browser console: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (JSONP is disabled for your subscription. Please contact your subscription administrator.) 

    Why has this suddenly stopped working?

    Please contact Rally Support - due to a potential security issue, this feature has been disabled wholesale across all of Rally's customers. You can enable this by contacting your subscription admin; it's one of the options on the admin screen.

    Hi, we are in the similar situation.  Some features in our application stopped working due to this JSONP change.  If we enable JSONP through subscription admin, what kind of security risks we are going to have? We certainly don't want put our customers into any potential risk.  Please explain in detail and we will convey the message to our customers.
