Layer7 API Management

Hi All,

Can someone please suggest me to achieve the results for the below requests:

1.) How we can provide the number of users hitting a particular API.

2.) How to capture the details on how many number of requests hitting a particular API in the given time period.

3.) How to capture the reports for the number of failures against the total requests for each API.

To help us answer your question can you explain if the APIs are published with a an API portal Developer or if you are only using a API gateway?

Thank you for confirmation, the gateway provides some of this information, but not user specific.  Have a look at the Policy Manager Dashboard and see if it answers your questions.  You can obtain a Tactical (Product Extension) called  Gateway Metrics.  This exposes APIs to allow the same dashboard data to be externalized.  Is this the information you are after?

If you are interested in Gateway metrics then please raise a support case.
