Hi Melis.
For this one, I checked for your through case 00534761.
And found the following for you to be follow-up upon:
With the error as mentioned: "http status 404 - usm/wpf", I performed preliminary research.
Please check on the below variety of possible causes and let me know your findings.
- It’s found that the value (86400) for the property ‘timeToIdleSeconds’ of ‘ehcache.xml’ (located under D:\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\conf) has leading spaces which caused the failure in reading the configuration, leading to the issue in question…during the webEx, we’ve removed the leading spaces, and could successfully login to Service Catalog
- Restored %USM_HOME%\lib\sd.jar
- The majority of the USM file structure was missing. I advised the customer to restore from a working backup or to rebuild the system.
- The client had the ITPAM AND Catalog installed using the same port After this was fixed the client is able to login
- After review %USM_HOME%\lib\sd.jar did not exist. We then copied sd.jar from another environment of same patch level and recycled services. Once this was done we were able to login to Catalog.
- DNS error on the hostname - this was corrected and login was possible.
Please advise. Thanks in advance and kind regards, Louis van Amelsfort.
