We are trying to install Jaspersoft and on other machines we have had no problems. However following the same instructions we are getting the error

HTTP Status 404 - /jasperserver-pro

type Status report

message /jasperserver-pro

description The requested resource is not available.

I have reinstalled a couple of times and still not working, all the settings like MySQL user etc are set up fine. Checked the logs anmd server started csuccessfuly

and all the installations successfully completed (proving MySQL logon was correct.

I have checked on Jasper forums and tried a few of the suggestions there but once again nothing there.

Anyone else had the same issue or any tips on this ?

It provides some steps to take when getting the 404 access error on UR.

Just checked the jasperserver.log and a bit similar to the link you sent with the errors

However the copy file mentioned in the tech note is not on my server just
