Hmm,
So you can set the wasp loglevel to 3 and logsize to 25000
and check the wasp and portal logs for errors.
may also check the nispai log for issues as well.
If you are not on UIM 8.4 SP 2
or UIM 8.47 you may try updating to see if that corrects it.
Should it not you will need to open a support case.
