DX Unified Infrastructure Management

Hi, i have one question maybe you can solve, im using the time selector option in the context selector widget and i have a problem with some options there, specifically in the short time ones like "Last Hour", "Last 4 hours", "Today", "Yesterday". Does anyone have an idea of whats happening there?

i´ve tried with the sql query in the SAMPLE 1 of that web page you just sent me (as you can see in the img5.PNG that i have attached) but it showed the same result, in the other attachments you can see that for last 24 hours or last 8 hours it wokrs fine but when i switch to last 4 hours or last hour it crashes and doesnt show any data.

So you can set the wasp loglevel to 3 and logsize to 25000

and check the wasp and portal logs for errors.

may also check the nispai log for issues as well.

If you are not on UIM 8.4 SP 2

or UIM 8.47 you may try updating to see if that corrects it.

Should it not you will need to open a support case.
