A month or so, ago, we noticed that the back and front of story cards were no longer lining up.
we have tried on several different printers but it is still the same.
Jessica, my teams are using this app without exception so I'm not sure that the problem is in the app but if you've already ruled out things like print driver issues then you may want to open a case with CA support. Wish I had a better answer for you, thanks.
