I have implemented CA SDM 14.1.03 and CA Spectrum 10.1.2 on window server 2008 R2 (on different servers). I have performed all the steps to integrate them. Whenever I am submitting service desk ticket from the alarms in spectrum, it is not generating the incident and giving the following error in std log of service desk:
spelsrvr 6088 ERROR pcexec.c 6403 Spell interp failed at cr.spl:3581:cr::make_from_template: No object for member variable persistent_id
spelsrvr 6088 ERROR api.spl 4193 Internal err applying template: cr.spl:3581:cr::make_from_template
