We are looking for MFA cloud solution from CA and found out that CA secure cloud has the feature. 

How do we get access to CA Secure cloud site? Is there any trail licence like OKTA?

It may be an overkill if the only thing you intend to do is for multi-factor authentication, assuming MFA stands for.

Multi-factor authentication can be implemented into any existing SSO environment, such as RSA, x509, etc.
