  • 1.  QOS Not Seen in Reports Section

    Hi Team,

     

    I had configured a snmp and added a custom monitor and attach to the same device.

     

    But when I tired to check in the reports I am unable to find the QOS for the mentioned host.

     

    Could you please let me know what needs to be check from our end.

    For which probe did you configure the custom monitor ? Could you please detail on the procedure you followed ?

    Hi Phani,

     

    In CA UIM Snap we have the option for adding the custom monitor by adding the specific OID values for monitoring purpose.

     

    The profile is created in SNMP Collector Probe.

     

    I had followed the below procedure.

     

    1) I had collected few OID values for which I had to monitor for the device.

    2) Created a new custom monitor added the fields also I wanted to populate values in percentage so in value section I had mentioned % .

    3) In the profile created I had added that custom monitor.

     

    But when I had checked in the Reports section for the custom monitor I am unable to find that.

     

    I will also attach the images which can helpful for your reference.

    Sorry Summet, didnt get a chance to check this. I feel the custom monitor may not have been created correctly and I dont remember the exact procedure on top of my head. 

     

    I'll give it a try on my side and will let you know if its works for me
