Hi all,

just for my understanding:

Is it possible to open service-dashboard of Service Manager (as a standalone web-app) by simply using following url?

http://<oneclick-server>:[port]/spectrum/slm

Doing that I receive "HTTP Status 500 - java.math.BigInteger cannot be cast to java.lang.String" error.

Is that URL only valid to be used as portlet (integration) in Unicenter Management Portal (UMP)?

Looks like you have a small syntax error in your URL:

http://<OneClick-Server>:<Port>/spectrum/oneclick.jnlp?-app=com.aprisma.spectrum.slm.SLMDashBoardConsole@slm

Yes, and it worked.

As with that URL the "fat"-Java Service Dashboard Applet will be started, I was searching for a

web-only inline version.

In Service Manager Docs (Page 155) if found the following:

About the Service Level Manager Portlet

The Service Level Manager portlet provides summary status information about services, SLAs, and

customers to Unicenter users with security access to Service Manager models. The portlet can be

incorporated into the Unicenter Management Portal (UMP).

... service level manager portlet ... http://abcde-sun/spectrum/slm

But it seems that this is not true for using itas direct browser-url.

Maybe it is simply not possible.
