  • 1.  Duplicated tickets when i export Issues from Service Desk

    Hi dudes,

     

    When I export tickets using export button and then open the excel file, I find almost the half of the total of tickets duplicated, I mean, Total = 100 tickets where 50 are duplicated.

    What could be the reason of this?
