Clarity

Hello Everyone,

Very Good day.

we have upgraded our clarity environment to 14.4 on last sunday, from that day the reports(jasper soft) in clarity are not at all fetching the data for the filters like (Populate PM, Populate RM, Popoulate booking Manager etc.). If i run the reports by selecting only organization OBS, i am not getting any results for that report.

Please let me know if i missed any setting after the upgrade.

Load Datawarehouse, Load dataware house access rights and update report tables jobs are also run on timely basis.

any suggestions would be very much helpful.

There are few check boxes added under Administration --> Data Warehouse options 

Also please run the below command to sync the jaspersoft properties with PPM 

admin update jasperParameters

ours is ondemand portal, i am seeing only 4 of the above mentioned 5 are checked and 5th one (Include only financial plan of record) is not present in our environment. and also i am not sure where i can run the below command.

admin update jasperParameters

The screen shot is from 15.1 so there is an extra option. If you are on demand please raise a case and we will get it performed for you.
