    I have P-hub (Ip 192.168.200.5) configured with certificate and password (Tunnel)

    I have S-Hub (192.168.200.10)

    Request for Autenticacion From Tunnel

    When I set the password this is the message:

    Does the password have special characters or spaces?

    Might try just alpha numeric.

    Are you using NAT in the environment might need to disable the IP validation.

    Gene

    *The password is 1234

    *I am not using NAT, the Ip's are:

    P-hub ---> 192.168.200.5

    S-Hub ---> 192.168.200.10

    I disable the Ip validation and the problem is the same.

    ¿What other thing I can do?

    Gene, maybe the problem is because both servers are in the same segment of the network?

    Try shutting down the secondary hub /Robot Watcher Service, then delete the files \Nimsoft\hub\security.* and restart, then try again

    Jason that solution not function.

    I have configured tunnel but with public Ip NAT (from ISP) . In this case the ip's address are on the same network.

    I don know if this problem.

    Is there a reason you are using a tunnel between hubs on the same network?  this is rarely necessary, and can complicate the solution and add additional overhead.   It would probably be a better idea to use the hub 'Name Services' configuration to set the 2nd hub as a static hub entry.

    The main reason is because I am installing un S-hub to anoter S-hub on environment MSP.

    Te environment is:

                                UMP-Server

                                         |

                               UIM-Server

                                        |

                              Proxy-Server (Secondary-Hub) ---> for scalability

                              /                   \

           Hub-ClientA                 Hub-ClientB

    When install the Hub-ClientA connecting to Proxy-Server, it be create other Domain and I don't know if this is normal.

    Then I am trying different methods installing the Secondary Hub (Hub-ClientA)

    "When install the Hub-ClientA connecting to Proxy-Server, it be create other Domain and I don't know if this is normal."

    Do you mean to say that you have a new domain created after installing Hub-ClientA ? This shouldent happen though

    I had a similar error with the user credentials some time back when setting up a client and I remember it was because of the security.cfg file . I copied the security.cfg file which was on the proxy server to the client hub and that seems to have helped me get through this error.

    You can give it a try and see if it helps

    Hi.

    I've seen this sometimes and you can cancel to let the wizard finished.

    This occurs because "security.cfg" has already been synched from another HUB while prompt ask you to give username/password.

    Note.

    1. If you want to configure HUB-HUB (in the same segment) talk only stick with over Tunnel, you need to disable broadcast feature in every HUBs in the same segment. Here is key in HUB.cfg

    broadcast_on = no

    2. We would not see the needs (Tunnel talk within the same segment) so often because tunnel-talk is enabled with the purpose of having the talk in secure, or the talk over network where NAT/DMZ are involved.

    3. HUB has built-In broadcast feature to send UDP packet to 255.255.255.255 which enables one HUB to detect the other HUBs automatically in the same segment, and sharing HUB information to each other.

    Hope it helps
