Hi All,

  How to set up a alarm for process monitoring in process probe for httpd process,since it has many child process more than 50.We need alarm if the no of process is less than 1 .How to set up this requirement. Whether I need to check parent process?

In the process probe you can try the "Expected Instances" option in the profile and set a threshold

Yes I have tried this expected less than or equal to  1. But I am getting alarm as Excepted <=1 ;Found 50

may be >= 1 would work?

Yes,but why is the parent process option is in probe
