  • 1.  Project Management Office - field purpose at PPM 14.4

    Hi All, 

     

    Does someone know what is purpose of this new field at CA PPM 14.4? 

    I've searched for all development, reference, change & upgrade guides for 14.4, but it's not there at all...

     

    My aim is if this could be used as "Project Manager 2" field. Behind it is a lookup "Project Stakeholder" which is user-defined so it shoul;d be customizable according to some user rights. Then new security group should be mapped on it with rights e.g. like Project Manager 1 (see project pages).

    If I think correctly, this would indicate, who from your PMO is responsible for this project.

    OK, so If I'm correct then this field could be somehow used as a Project Manager 2 right? 

    Rights, and other security can be set then accordingly. 

     

    My only additional question is if Action Items in case of Project/Timesheet approvals on project are somehow designed internally in CA PPM 14.4 within this PMO field or there is "nothing for AI functionality" and everything should be created by custom settings.
