    Hello,

We are facing some problems regarding time sheet access and edition.

We start the ppm application by login with a user with administrator rigths.
We have created time periods and we have set them to open.
The projects and resources have been set to open for time, the track mode have been set to PPM.
The resources have the rigth to timesheet navigate and edit timesheets.

Some of those resources have been assigned to tasks in projects.

When a user needs/wants to report the time dedicated to a certain task, that user can´t reach the timesheet from:

Main Page --> timesheets, in that page there aren´t any time sheet avalaible / visible.(pls, find attached a screenshot).

Do we have to check something any more or any other necessary step we have  forgotten?.,

Please any advive will be appreciated.

    Best Regards

    Francisco

You seem to have checked most things, maybe task level "Open for Time Entry"?

    Francisco,

If you have values entered into Date of Hire field, check to see that the values align with the time periods that you created.  I see that you are working in Spanish language settings. Perhaps your locale is also set to non-English value.

Because of non-English language, locale, I'm wondering about date formats - possible mismatches, even mistakes made by the application.  I'm wondering if your Dates of Hire are set to some future value, beyond the time periods you created.  For instance, time periods created through Dec 31, 2016 and somehow Dates of Hire are set to Dec 16, 2031.  Also, if you have set Date of Termination to historic value, before your time periods start, then one can end up with a blank timesheet list as shown in your attached picture.

We actually see this same behavior, on purpose, when a person goes on Leave of Absence for an extended period - we set their Date of Hire, sometimes beyond the number of time periods we have created/open.  Their timesheet list page is then blank, just like your picture.  Or, when some one returns to our company, after having left for another job - when we turn their CA PPM account back on, if we forget to delete their Date of Termination, then their timesheet list looks like your picture.

Once we correct the dates in the DOH and DOT fields, they see their timesheets in their list views.

If you are not using DOH/DOT - if both fields are blank, then this is not the source of your problem.
