    Hello! I have been a time off-CA Introscope, and forgot some things .... So I'll ask here

    I would like to better understand the metric ConnectionStatus in the image below we have a group coming from (Custom Metric Agent (Virtual) (HostFinal236 @ Colletor3) (* superdomain *)

     

    In the next image, we have a point where indicates the values, my main doubt is about the representation of the Count.

     

     

    achieved value was = 3
    Lower = 1
    Higher value = 3
    Count = 48 

    is correct to say that 48 was the number of connection attempts?

    ConnectionStatus is an indication of how the agent is connected to a collector.

     

    There are several threads discussing this. Use can use Google to search for them.

     

    1. Connected
    2. Intermittent issues
    3. Disconnected

     

    The Count value is how many of those ConnectionStatus metrics values are available in a given interval. It doesn't mean that's how many times the agent tried to connect.

    Hi,

    There are 4 possible Connection States:

    3 = disconnected

    2 = connected, slowly or no data

    1 = connected

    0 = unmounted

     

    The count of how many data points were reported in the selected time slice.
